Campus Visits

Let's get your Campus Visit Scheduled!

All visits are offered Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM MST/MDT with the exception of federal and religious holidays and weekends.

Personal Campus Visit
Personal campus visits are designed for an individual prospective student and family, and offer the most individualized attention. These visits are tailored to a prospective student’s unique needs and interests. 

Campus visits last between 2 and 4 hours, depending on the number of appointments scheduled.

Virtual visits are no longer than 2 hours. This experience will require you to have the ability to log into a Zoom, Skype for Business, or Microsoft Teams video conferencing call with both audio and video capabilities.

Group Campus Visit

The group campus visit format is typically intended for high, middle or elementary school trips or independent organizations sponsored trips. These visits will include a campus tour with a member (or members) of the admissions team.

How to register:

• Click on a date on the calendar below.
• Select type of visit (group or personal visit).
• Complete the registration form including your preferred time for your visit.  
  • If you are selecting a personal visit, don't forget to register your guests...meeting your family is very important to us!
• You will receive a confirmation email upon submitting the form.  If there are special needs or specific requests please email the Office of Admissions or call 406-791-5202.
